This nationally renowned company is looking for a Digital Designer to join their talented in-house creative team. Working alongside their brand and marketing teams, you will create and craft beautiful digital design and content across their brand, much ofwhich is online-focused. Whilst currently working fully remotely until September, after which there will be a 3 day onsite/2 day remote working week offered (their offices are based in Bristol, just off the M5). Please note that there is a strong chance that this role could become permanent by the end of the 6 months. The RoleYou will be a Digital Designer who can take a rough scamp from the Creative Director and craft it into a beautifully designed creative piece. You will be involved with creating and crafting digital experiences across various media, including designing acrossresponsive websites, social media, digital display banners, internal communications collateral and eCRM campaigns. Any experience across video and motion would be a bonus, but not essential, they mainly use motion and video to create digital banners acrosstheir social channels. You are able to take the wireframes/prototypes from their internal UX Designer and design and develop them into fully designed websites (essentially skinning the UX files for the UI design)You can use the Adobe Suite with ease and have used either Adobe XD (or Sketch/Figma/Invision), and possibly dabbled in After Effects. You work well in collaboration with a team, able to at times work on your own concepts, but equally as happy taking a rough scamp/sketch and make the designs your own, crafting your designs through to the final production stage.Whilst this is an internal creative team, they run very much like an agency and the pace of work and quality of work produced is of agency standard and most of the creative team are all ex-agency, so the work that they create is beautifully designed andcrafted.About YouYou are confident in your abilities as a Digital Designer and enjoy using different software to help execute your ideas and you thrive in a busy environment, whilst being able to work under your own steam. You like to question briefs and challenge ideas and thought processes and are proactive in your approach. You can confidently present your work to both your peers and senior stakeholders within the business, explaining your approach and rationale behindyour designs. You are a problem solver. You have a keen eye for detail and obsess over design details and ensure that the visual design consistency of the brand is adhered to across all channels. You enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team and are not scared to come up with suggestions for new or better ways of working.Interviews for this role will be held virtually and the company is all working remotely until September, after which, there will be a blend of onsite (from their Bristol office) and remote working.Plenty more to tell you, so please get your CV and portfolio across to us as soon as you can!
