Job Description

Red is excited to be recruiting Customer Service Administrators to join a company who are the 3rd largest reseller of fuel cards and the first to offer an electric vehicle solution. Based in Bradley Stoke, this position is temporary with the opportunityto go permanent.Package for a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Salary: £12.00 per hour
  • Hours: Between 8am - 5.30pm
  • Contract: Temporary, with the opportunity to go permanent
  • Location: Bradley Stoke, South Gloucestershire
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:
  • Resolving customer queries by determining the cause of the issue and providing the best solution
  • Monitoring and managing existing customer accounts utilising system reports
  • Maximising every opportunity to generate added value for the business
  • Ensuring all contact is of the highest standard
  • Building and maintaining effective internal and external working relationships
Key Skills and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:
  • Strong customer service experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Ability to be flexible and able to adapt to changes in the working environment
  • Good telephone manner with the ability to remain calm when under pressure is necessary
