Job Description

Junior Application ArchitectLocation: Home-basedSalary: up to £58,000 (DOE)Contract: PermanentHours: 37.5 hours per weekWe have a fantastic opportunity in our growing Group IT team for a Junior Application Architect. This role is home-based with no-line management requirements. As a Junior Application Architect you will be supporting the architecture function across the differentbusiness areas of Redde Northgate. You will be responsible for ensuring that new and existing developments are built to a high quality, maximising confidentiality, integrity and availability of our systems.You will provide guidance to the wider development team on approaches and best practice, as well as technical leadership where required on major projects. Identifying areas of improvement within existing applications and designing new systems within thewider architectural goals of Group IT. Your day may also consist of liaising with Analysts to provide technical requirements, producing supporting technical documentation and mentoring developers. Throughout this you will be working with the support of thewider Application, Technology, Service and Solution Architects within Group IT.Our technology stack includes:

  • An expert with C# .NET and SQL, and UML modelling
