Joining us as a Third Party Defence Handler, you will reduce claim costs byclosely managing the claim lifecycle, all while delivering a friendly and efficient service. You will interact with a diverse range of people, allowing you to adapt your approach and provide a personalised experience to our clients.In our defence team you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of third-party motor claims from notification to settlement. You will economically look to settle claims on best possible terms and avoid any unnecessary litigation. management,credit hire negotiations and personal injury (OIC/MOJ) claims handling.What’s in it for youSalary- From £22,369.35 to £25,752.12 depending on your level of experience.   • First and foremost, you will have a good understanding of the insurance claims industry, and have ideally knowledge of credit hire and personal injury claims.
  • Youll be highly conscientious and self-motivated.
  • Youll have strong questioning and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively take ownership for and prioritise your workload.
  • Youll be ambitious in wanting to learn and develop their knowledge of motor claims and fleet management.
  • Youll have excellent customer service and communication skills. Youllprovide a first-class service to our clients and will help build and develop relationships.
