Job Description

Directly reporting to the Head of Insurer Solutions, youll be entrusted with the proactive management of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring not justsatisfaction but exceeding their expectations.Joining our dynamic organisation as our newest Account Director, youll be an indispensable member of our Client Relationship team. In this role, youll lead the strategic direction for a select group of high-value insurer/insurance broker clients, fosteringrobust relationships at both operational and strategic levels.We are specifically seeking candidates with Insurance market supply chain experience or backgrounds in insurance and/or accident management. Under the guidance of the Head of Insurer Relations, youll champion our commitment to delivering unparalleled standardsfor our clients. Youll also be instrumental in developing innovative solutions and driving account growth to meet financial targets, leveraging cross-selling opportunities for FMGs suite of products and services, and securing new fleets/policies.What’s in it for youSalary- We offer a competitive salary depending on experience, plus an excellent performance related bonus and a company car/car allowance.Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service.   • First and foremost, you are an experienced Account Director that can demonstrate a combination of a strong commercial background with a successful career within the automotive industry, specifically insurance.
  • You have strong knowledge of the insurer and broker industry.
  • You have experience in developing and retaining strong client relationships to support transactional growth and increased product penetration.
  • You have experience of working closely with internal and external teams and able to work cross-functionally within the organisation.
