Location:Home BasedSalary:£38,000 - £42,000Contract:PermanentHours:37.5 hoursThis is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant, rapidly evolving business as a Infrastructure Analyst, supporting our operating businesses by delivering an IT Operations environment that is expertly maintained, readily available and appropriately utilised.Joining our IT Operations and Service Delivery team in the early stages of our exciting journey, you are an in-house infrastructure subject matter expert for Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange. • You can demonstrate success in a similar infrastructure role for a large and complex business group.
• You have a proven background in an infrastructure delivery environment (including infrastructure monitoring, incident resolution, datacentre delivery management and SEG, Exchange and Internet/Proxy server administration etc.) preferably supported by formalaccredited training.
• You operate effectively in a high-tempo and time critical IT operations and service delivery environment, managing your workload independently and resourcefully to meet deadlines and expectations.
• You work collaboratively with a wide range of IT and Change peers and can clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.

Your Technical knowledge includes:

• Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange
• Virtualisation technologies & SAN/NAS technologies
• Cloud technologies e.g. Azure/M365
• Experience with SEG and DLP management
• Backup technologies including Veeam, SRM, Commvault
• DR, failover and BCP technologies and processes
• ADFS
• Platform monitoring for all infrastructure touch points e.g. PRTG, SCOM
• Infrastructure component catalogues
