Whats the roleSitting within the senior leadership team, the Head of Owner Proposition will be key in supporting the business to identify, convert, recruit & retain static caravan holiday homeowners for our online booking platform.Reporting into our Chief Operating Officer, the post holder will be responsible for:* Owning, shaping and delivery of the end-to-end holiday homeowner recruitment journey, from lead generation through optimised multi-channel online & offline marketing approach to online sign-up, performance of the listing & retention, supporting a "digitalfirst" approach where possible* Growing the portfolio of properties at pace by developing an owner value proposition aimed at providing "best in class" bookings, revenues & technology.* Develop and define the business brand to become the first choice for owners of static caravan holiday homes, ensuring the owner proposition and appropriate positioning in the market is clearly defined by and underpinned by our deep understanding of specificmotivational factors for guest bookings* Utilising internal & external resources to gather data, profiling and segmentation and other research methodologies to ensure deep understanding of "the voice of the owner", the market segment & the needs of holiday homeowners to increase bookings with lesshassle* The development of internal & external systems and partnerships to meet owner needs including automation, working collaboratively with the Head of Guest Marketing to ensure existing and new services are effectively marketed.* Working in consultation with key stakeholders to conduct market research and implement new ideas to continue to innovate within the static caravan owner recruitment and proposition space and report back to the business on key developments and insights withinthe market with recommendations.* Creating, communicating and engaging with a clearly defined implementation plan to stakeholders with regular project team and senior management team progress reviews* Budgeting, forecasting and submission of regular owner recruitment performance and activity updates to the senior management team and other key stakeholders.The role is hybrid working, between home and the office with an expectation that you will work from the Huddersfield office one day each week for group collaboration, in-person meetings and connecting meaningfully with your colleagues.Who are we looking forFirst and foremost, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they share and live the brand & behavioural values of Be One Team; Own It; Communicate Honestly; Learn, Grow & Innovate. You will be an exceptional communicator, influencer and highly skilled in creating positive working relationships at all levels.Someone who takes pride in being a team player, contributing to and celebrating individual and team success with natural leadership acumen will be ideal for this role.In addition to this, you will have:* Previous or current experience working within a holiday park operator, managing agent, holiday home sales, park or channel manager or leisure travel reseller* A demonstrable track record of leading consumer experience strategies, with a focus on customer propositions, brand & service design* Previously worked with wider leadership teams, gathering and communicating actionable insight and making recommendations to ensure customer and market needs are fully understood and met* A digital first approach to generating leads through a variety of online and offline channels, including using innovative lead generation techniques supported with a strong knowledge of brand definition* Experience of introducing new products/services/concepts in a B2B2C environment* Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding revenue goals* Experience of budgeting & forecasting* Strong line management experience including building, developing & engaging talent and fostering a high-performing, target-driven teamIt would be highly advantageous if you have detailed knowledge of the UK holiday park industry, franchise recruitment and B2B2C sales.
