Location: Home BasedSalary: Up to £58,000 per annumContract: PermanentHours: 37.5 hours, flexible workingWe have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Development Team Lead join our vibrant, rapidly evolving business, responsible for providing leadership, direction, and vision for a team of highly skilled developers focusing on bespoke software applicationswhich are critical to the continued operation of the business, while delivering complex internal system development projects across a variety of products and technologies.What will you doWorking closely with Redde Northgate group businesses transformation team, you role will primarily be to support our FMG business by ensuring the structured and coordinated planning of your teams development based on business requirements.As our Development Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, developing and coaching your team, and sharing knowledge about both internal business systems and software development concepts.   • Youre a technically accomplished Senior Developer looking to become a Team Leader or existing Team Leader looking for a new challenge, with knowledge of a wide range of systems, applications and interfaces gained in high-tempo and critical technology operations.
  • Youre a natural leader, able to drive results and deliver improvements by establishing clear objectives with your team.
  • You have proven ability of analysis, design, development, deployment, and support of business application systems, including modular design.
  • Youre experienced in .Net (C#/ASP) development and have full-stack web-development experience including the use of ASP.Net MVC5, TypeScript, Javascript and MS SQL Server.
  • You have experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, are an effective communicator, and able to engage with people at all levels across the business, building solid relationships.
  • You will be able to plan, organise and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Youre able to write technical documentation to a high standard and are well-versed in development methodologies including Agile.
