It’s what delivering great healthcare should feel like.What you will be doing:As a qualified Registered Nurse, you will lead and inspire the nursing team as you provide high-quality care to people with learning disabilities and/or autism, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.You will contribute towards the nursing services in the strategic planning for the service development and business plans, this will see you oversee workforce forecasting and planning, liaise with stakeholders, developing the clinical services and reviewingthe achievement and retention standards.No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.With a huge range of courses that will help you grow and succeed, if you have the aspiration, capability and dedication, Elysium Healthcare can give you the support and opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.You will have access to the ElysiumWellbeing team!You will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with on call dutiesThings that you will have:•Experience as an RMN, RNMH, RNLD with 5 years post qualification experience•Post Graduate qualification at degree level relevant to healthcare•Management qualification (DMS or equivalent preferred)•Presentation and leadership skills•Workforce and organisational planning•Budgetary and financial managementWhere you will be working:Location:Bradley Road, Grimsby, Lincolnshire, DN37 0AABradley Apartments provides a specialist service for men and women living with complex needs who may have a primary diagnosis of learning disability, mental health issue or personality disorder.We are able to support people with complex conditions, needs and risks who display behaviours of concern and pose challenges for services, including those with highly complex and severe challenging behaviour.Bradley Apartments is located in Bradley, Grimsby, and North East Lincolnshire. The location provides a more relaxed local environment than a busy inner-city setting to enable patients to engage in their therapeutic programme, thus increasing the pace ofrecovery and speeding up discharge.
