Customer Service RepresentativeSalary: Starting from £17,422 per year + bonusLocation:HuddersfieldContract: PermanentDo you currently work in, or have experience of providing great Customer Service Are you seeking a fresh challenge in a vibrant, interesting, and expanding businessWe have just the role for you..Join our growing team in Huddersfield as a Customer Service Representative, where we offer:

  • A salary starting from £17,422 per annum, with the opportunity to increase this as your experience grows
  • Bonus scheme of up to £1200 per annum (paid quarterly)

Working hours: We are there for our customers when they need us most and they are sometimes in touch with us outside of usual office hours which means we have a range of shifts. Our full-time roles are 37.5 hours per week across shifts between 08:00-20:00, Monday toFriday in addition to a Saturday shift which usually occurs every 6 weeks, however we would also be interested to hear from you if you are seeking part-time, evening and weekend opportunities too.About You:To be successful, you will need to be up for a challenge, with great listening skills, lots of empathy and the determination to go the extra mile for customers. In time, as you build your knowledge of our services and support, you will become adept as resolvingcomplex problems.You will also need to be able to demonstrate:
  • A positive telephone manner.
  • Confidence with office IT and computer systems.
  • A strong drive for getting it right first time.
  • Good team-working skills.
  • An ability to identify customers needs through great communication.
  • Most importantly, a passion for customer service.
