The team effectively manage claims,ensuring that speed and quality of loss recovery is maximised, whilst maintaining FMGs proactive approach to claims handling. Your role will involve investigating liability, gathering information through different sources, utilising intelligence tools andsettling claims in the best interest of our clients.As a Customer Claims Handler, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside a drive to settle claims as effectively and efficiently as possible.
