Job Description

Are you passionate about education and helping young minds grow We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bradford on Avon.If you have experience working with primary-aged children and are available immediately to cover short-term supply assignments, we want to hear from you.This is an excellent opportunity with the potential for longer-term and permanent roles.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher in providing support to primary-aged students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students in their academic and personal development.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to deliver effective lessons.
  • Adapt to the dynamic needs of different classrooms and educational settings.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Prior experience working with primary-aged children is highly desirable.
  • A passion for education and helping students reach their full potential.
  • Flexibility to cover short-term supply assignments.
  • Availability for 4/5 days per week.
  • A driving license is preferred but not essential.
