About the roleWe have an incredible opportunity available for a motivated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join this amazing Academy, who cater specifically for pupils diagnosed with Autism. Situated in Calne, the role is set to commence at the beginning ofthe fourth term, and continue through to the end of the academic year, where you will be working alongside the existing dedicated and highly trained staff.Your role will include:
  • Support the planning and teaching process of the SEND Teacher
  • Liaising with existing staff
  • Adapting support to suit the needs of the pupils
  • Managing behaiour effectively
  • Working closely within the curriculum
