Design and deliver stimulating and engaging lessons that inspire and challenge Year 3 students
Plan and organise schemes of work in line with the schools curriculum and national standards
Assess and evaluate Year 3 student progress using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies
Provide regular feedback to Year 3 students, parents and colleagues on student progress
Create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
Communicate effectively with parents, carers and other professionals
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences

Year 3 Teacher requirements:

QTS, PGCE and strong academic record
Creative, imaginative, determined, resourceful and adaptable practitioner
Passionate about learning
Able to demonstrate a track record of success within a Year 3 environment
Able to communicate your passion to children and parents
Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom
