European Group Treasury Department Manager - Bracknell, Berkshire - Permanent - £75,000-£85,0000 + benefitsIntro: What a fantastic opportunity to join this global brand as Treasury Department Manager for the EMEA region. As part of the Group Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in managing Pan-European Treasury operations, ensuring efficient riskmanagement and compliance with regulatory requirements.In owning the Treasury process in Europe, and being a central point of communications, control, and compliance across the region, the role will provide the expertise to support on treasury-related matters for the finance teams and the internal stakeholders.The Role: As the Treasury Department Manager, you will oversee all aspects of treasury operations across the UK and European branches and subsidiaries. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining effective treasury policies, managing cash flow forecasting, and providing expertise to support finance teams and internal stakeholders. You will lead a team, supervise treasury services, and provide treasury-related advice to the Board and project teams. Part of your remit will drive continuous improvement of systems and processes to ensure secure, timely and cost-effective transaction and reporting management for treasury activities.About You: We are seeking candidates with significant experience in treasury management, particularly within multinational operations. You should have a strong understanding of European financial markets, regulations, and compliance requirements, along with proficiency in managing multi-currency bank accounts, cash pools, and FX hedging programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to balance priorities to meet deadlines.You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors and internal business leaders across the group, supporting internal stakeholders on treasury-related matters.The Offer: This role offers a competitive salary package of £75,000-£85,000 along with excellent benefits.
