Job Description

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive for our client based in Bracknell.Role: Inside Sales ExecutiveLocation: BracknellSalary: £28k-£30k + commissionThe Role:

  • To sell the brand, products and services primarily through the phone, understanding the customers needs and offering the best solution for their requirements
  • To provide and ensure a premium customer experience and journey
  • To collaborate with the Retail & Field Sales teams to ensure the best possible experience for each customers needs
  • Deliver a premium level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering the right solution to reach their goals
  • Manage inbound calls whilst creating proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities for either direct or indirect sales
  • Schedule visits with your retail and field sales colleagues where the customers needs are best placed within these areas
  • Keep up-to-date as a product and solutions expert, being a credible Ambassador
  • Maximise outbound call campaigns
  • Manage and maintain ongoing opportunities to ensure the correct support for each order whilst keeping the wider business informed
  • Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments
  • Manage and profile the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus)
  • Oversee the process from order to installation and payment to ensure sound execution of the sale
  • Provide customers with CAD visuals of their spaces and solutions (full training provided)
  • Achieve and over-achieve inside sales targets
