Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Financial Controller to join a highly ambitious PE backed organisation. The successful candidate will lead the team in financial accounting and reporting alongside transactional finance & projects.Client DetailsThe organisation is a leading and respected organisation with an excellent culture within its finance team, employing over 2,000 people across multiple locations. The CFO is known for supporting their team on career development and is constantly looking to improve the business performance alongside supporting members of staff.Description

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance team (8).
  • Ownership of the management accounting process.
  • Engage in strategic financial planning and forecasting.
  • Implement efficient financial processes and controls.
  • Contribute to the companys financial strategy and decision-making processes.
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Continually strive for financial efficiency and profitability.
ProfileA successful Group Financial Controller should have:
  • An accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning and financial forecasting.
  • A results-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Job Offer
  • An attractive salary range of between £80,000 to £95,000 per annum, plus a 20% bonus.
