Customer Service Advisor (Automotive)Bracknell£28,000 - £30,000 Base + Benefits & Annual BonusOur client is a market leader within the vehicle repair industry. Due to consistent growth, we are looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive individual to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor within the high-level repair centre.The role will involve frequent contact with customers and the successful individual will be responsible for updating customers throughout the repair process. The role will also involve assessing/reviewing client vehicles on the forecourt before re-assessingcourtesy cars returned.Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but we are looking for an individual who fits into the existing team and the company culture.Key Skills Required
