Job Description

Account ExecutiveMust have previous experinece ideally in Motor FinanceTerm:PermanentWorking hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm Team:CollectionandFieldLocation:Agile/BracknellbasedTheteamTherolesitswithintheCollectionandFieldServicesTeamTheroleTheroleinvolvesworkingwithintheMotorFinanceRecovery’sdepartment,mainlyassistinganexternalteamof Appointed Representatives in field based vehicle recoveries.Main responsibilities

  • InstructingcaseloadstogeographicallyAppointedRepresentatives
  • ActingasagobetweenforLendersandtheircustomersonceacasehasbeenterminatedusinganunderstanding of FCA guidance
  • AssessingandreviewinglivecaseloadstoensureaTCFbasedresultforourlender
  • Tracingabscondedindividualsandassessingthenextstepsforacase
  • Workingwithlocallysourcedexternalrecoverycompaniesandusingskilltomanageabudgettoenableaprofitable outcome for all stake holders
  • Answeringinboundcallsandcalling/texting/emailstocustomers
  • Aspartofyourrole,youwillberesponsibleforsupportingandpromoting theQualityManagementSystemas guided by Senior Management
