As our Health and Safety Manager this is a great opportunity to join a friendly team of fertility professionals making a real difference to peoples lives. We are seeking a health and safety manager to take on the responsibility for our health, safety and environmental requirements, whilst providing support to our fertility clinics across the East of England.You will need a NEBOSH diploma and at least three years experience in a health and safety role.Experience of working in a healthcare environment would be an advantage.Excellent interpersonal, IT and administration skills are a must, and youll also need experience of risk management and policy writing. You need to be able to work on your own initiative and be an excellent communicator at all levels within the organisation as well as being approachable, proactive and a good time manager.You will be based at our flagship clinic in the village of Bourn near Cambridge and there will be some travel required to our other sites from time to time.The hours of work can be flexible including some home working.
