Job Description

Are you a talented Field Care SupervisorCan you demonstrate that you have experience of providing care and support to elderly individuals to enable them to live fulfilling livesIf so, then you could be perfect for my client.The Role:In the Field Care Supervisor role, youll report to the Registered Manager and based in the Cambridgeshire area. You will be primarily responsible for providing supervision and support to the staff that are out in the field providing direct support to thecustomers. This is a very important role as you will be the bridge that brings the office based and field-based staff on one accord as you will be the person tasked with relying important information to the care staff and customers. You will also conduct qualityassurance task such as spot checks and communicating with our customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the quality of care that they are receiving.Specific tasks include:

  • Carrying out spot checks and quality assurance visits
  • Liaising with and building relationships with customers
  • Managing emergencies and changes participating in the on-call rota
This is a majority field-based role covering the Cambridgeshire region.The standard working hours for this job are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.The Candidate:We need you to have prior experience of supporting care staff to provide person-centred high-quality care.Its also essential that youve got experience of quality assurance, compliance and customer satisfactions.Its important that you also have the following:
  • Excellent communication skills, written, oral & numeracy
  • Experience previous within a similar setting
  • Good knowledge of CQC, health & social care act, dols and mental capacity act
Youll also need to be the following:
  • Flexible and reliable
  • Confident trouble-shooter with outstanding attention to detail
  • A honest person and straight forward person that is able to give positive or negative feedback required
