Electrical EstimatorBuilding ServicesCentral London£55,000-£60,000 + 10% Bonuses twice a yearMy client are a leading M&E Contractor - 40m + Turnover business.M+E Subcontractor, looking to bring on a Electrical Estimator due to a growth within their business.Due to the nature of what they do, your background must be M+E and ideally subcontracting.M+E Subcontracting backgroundMust be electrically biasedPrevious estimating experience within Construction sectors, they do a lot of Commercial and education and retail so ideally a background in this is beneficial.Competent in Trimble Estimation (ideal, not essential, but you must have experience in some form of estimating programmes)Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPointContribute to project estimating strategyPrepare budget cost estimatesExcellent communication skillsStrong time management skills
