Whats the role and what will my key responsibilities beWe are looking for a Contracts and Commercial Manager to take an important role in the continued growth of the company moving forward. Your primary mission is to provide the corporate interface with the Sales team (including Account Development and Management) and the Consulting team, providingintegral subject matter expert (SME) legal, contractual, and commercial functionalsupport. Youll be supporting negotiations and use your ability to lead to close any legal contracts and any associated commercial matters.Be responsible for Customer/Partner/Supplier facing contracts and associatedcommercial activities, priming to Sales and Consulting activities. Work with Sales and Consulting teams and all other necessary staff, to identify, negotiate and manage the legal aspects of all contracts and associated commercial activities.Who do I need to be
