Job Description

International Pharmaceutical Manufacturer based in Hertfordshire seeks an experienced Training Manager. This role encompasses compliance and technical training which includes analysis of current state, proposing and supporting cross-functional business transformationprogrammes and activities aimed at improving our training programme and staff capability / competenceAbout the role:

  • Reporting to the Head of PMO & Training, the incumbent will be tasked with leading the implementation of cross functional and sustainable training programmes as well as solutions aimed at improving staff competency and overall compliance metrics. This willbe in line with business objectives and regulatory commitments.
Skills and experience:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Formal training or qualification in a training related subject.
  • Accreditation in Lean Six Sigma - Green, Black Belt or equivalent.
  • Experience leading or facilitating the delivery of technical and compliance training in a GMP environment is essential.
  • Experience gained working in a Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology manufacturing environment.
  • Five (5) or more years direct experience in training management gained within a Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology GMP environment.
  • Experience delivery training to a diverse audience.
  • Knowledge and experience of operating within the requirements of a Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Good knowledge and experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and electronic document management systems (eDMS).
  • Experience of change management and associated processes / requirements.
