Job Description

Purpose of role
  • Managing and co-ordinating all bid requirements.
  • Support the bid writing team to ensure quality and compliant bid submissions are produced.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the Bid Dashboard, feedback trackers etc. with all updates.
  • Draft reports, minutes and letters
  • Proofread reports, statements and documents.
  • Update and maintain the bid folders.
  • Manage information flow and storage for all Tender Addendums.
  • Manage information flow and storage for all Tender, PPQ, SQ, EOI and PIN submissions.
  • Monitor and manage the OJEU identification/distribution.
  • Manage the electronic submissions.
  • Respond to portal notifications, new enquiries, queries and actions.
Attributes and skills:
  • Experience with submitting Tender, PQQ, SQ, EOI and PIN documents.
  • Works well under pressure on multiple fronts with quick turn arounds
  • Well organised and meticulous character
  • Excellent ability to manage information flow and distribution
  • Good understanding of the tender, procurement & construction process
  • Good understanding of process management
  • Professional & thorough in approach
  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach
