Job Description

Senior Sales Administrator We are currently working with a global company to recruit an experienced and adaptable Senior Sales Administrator to work as part of their busy fast paced Sales Operations team. Due to the nature of the work this role is office-based and not suitable forhome-working.The successful candidate will possess attributes such as excellent attention to detail, outstanding administration skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong desire to be part of a successful team.Key duties and responsibilities

  • Working within a team, you will be responsible for the preparation of dispatch documentation, processing orders and quotes and dealing with enquiries.
  • Verify orders, including customer requirements and payment details
  • Expedite orders and dispatches using DHL and Fedex portal
  • Liaise with other departments on issues arising
  • Use Excel to extract data to create reportsUpdate and maintain knowledge of company products
Key requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years previous experience in an office-based sales administration role, or similar.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook and strong Excel skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Good communication skills, with strong English (both verbal and written) are essential.
  • Strong numeracy skills and excellent eye for detail.
  • Work towards company and department deadlines
