The role will either be part-time or full time - depending on candidate availability.Full time hours would be 08:45-17:30Part time would be either the AM Shift working 08:45 -13:30 OR the PM Shift 13:00-17:30You will work alongside the office manager to assist, support and help manage clients and visitors to the office as well as taking on administration tasks.Reliability and flexibility are essential for anyone that is looking to take on this assignment and it is imperative that candidates are fully committed.General duties for clients include:• First point of contact for clients, visitors and contractors• Provide high levels of customer service• Manage post and courier services• Meeting room management• Making sure the reception area is tidy• Assist clients with enquiries• AdministrationIdeal candidates may have Reception or Front of House experience that may come from an office, Leisure or a hospitality setting, where you would be dealing with clients on a daily basis. The ability to multitask under pressure with excellent communication skillsare paramount for this role.
