About This RoleProperty Manager immediate start - 4 days a week Borehamwood head office with visits to other locations - up to £45k +BenefitsA property management organisation that are based in Borehamwood are looking for a property admin assistant to join their team. You will be joining a team that pride themselves in making sure they have a smooth running of the block and communal areas, makinglettings a stress free process. To Ensure this happens they put brilliant people at the centre of the business.This will suit someone currently working within the property space and has the ability to do workload planning and to work independently with a flexible approach. Someone who has excellent communication skills bother verbal and written. As a key team member,you should be capable of responding to daily events in a positive and consistent manner, offering support and assistance where needed. Key Objectives:* Supervise service Manager or Support staff assigned to your portfolio * Overseeing reactive maintenance where necessary, ensuring jobs are raised appropriately before sending them out to contractors. * Helping customers and giving them relevant updates with progression of jobs, tasks or queries.
