Job Title: Mortgage Case Manager - Commercial MortgagesLocation: South HertfordshireSalary: Dependent on experience, plus commission.Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pmBenefits:

    • About our client and the role of Mortgage Case Manager - Commercial MortgagesOur client is one of the UKs largest specialist providers of mortgage finance, lending and brokering short term bridge mortgages, as well as distributing specialist second charge and buy-to-let loans, who pride themselves with their first-class service and expert market knowledge. They are currently looking for a Commercial Underwriter to join the Commercial team within the Brokerage arm of the business. This role involves being responsible for packaging and effectively managing a caseload to maximise loan completions.Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Case Manager - Commercial Mortgages
  • Manage a caseload while assisting team members to manage their caseload in busy times and in times of absence.
  • Identify the most suitable lender for customers and be proactive in dealing with the lender through to completion.
  • Packaging and submitting cases to lenders.
  • Liaise with brokers, borrowers, lenders, valuers.
  • Ensure SLAs are maintained and exceeded.
  • Maintain full records on systems, including clear and concise notes.
  • Assist the team in order to achieve the highest service standards, deliver solutions to customers and help the business achieve its goals and objectives.
    • Experience and skills required for the role of Mortgage Case Manager - Commercial Mortgages
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in packaging/case management within a Broker setting.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in Commercial Mortgages is desirable; but not a must have.
  • CeMAP qualification is beneficial.
  • Very good organisational and time management skills
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyse complex information.
  • Resilient, flexible, approachable, and self-motivated.
  • Must be a team player.
