Our client, a high-growth, entrepreneurial business with an impressive market share, is looking to hire an ambitious and credible qualified Management Accountant to join its dynamic team. The business is known for promoting from within, with the majorityof its senior finance leaders having worked their way through the ranks. Main duties include:* Completing and reviewing management accounts for 2 companies within the Group* Liaising with management teams to assess the current and future performance of contracts * Monthly P&L reviews (gross profit, wages, overhead analysis)* Producing annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts * Reviewing and challenging balance sheet reconciliations* Helping to lead the financial close process* Developing monthly management packs and internal KPIs and MI* Preparing VAT returns* Producing year end audit packs* Ad hoc projects and tasks Key experience required:* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA* 3 years finance experience working in a fast-paced environment * Strong communicator, can build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders * A self-starter who is able to manage and prioritise deadlines as well as manage expectations upwards.* Ability to challenge the status quo where necessary * Excellent problem solving and numerical skillsThis is a truly exciting opportunity for a driven and confident Accountant to join a business thats demonstrated sustained growth over a number of years and where career development will be clear and available for those who strive to add value and fit withcompany culture.AGY - Vitae Financial RecruitmentWe Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
