Job Description

Legal Administratorup to £25k Borehamwood (WD6) - office-basedAre you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for administration If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to a dynamic legal team.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our legal experts in handling essential administrative tasks, such as preparing bundles, bailiff applications, and communicating hearing results to clients.
  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail, digitise documents, and maintain the case management system.
  • Provide top-notch client service, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed within service level agreements.
  • Support Caseworkers throughout the legal process, following up on inquiries and assisting with draft reviews and claim drafting.
  • Keep track of cases for billing and data reporting, regularly updating the Legal Management Team.
  • Convert new inquiries into instructions, maintaining contact with prospective clients to gather necessary paperwork and payments.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing tasks, initiating the process when a file is opened.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
  • Strong communication and mathematical skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in customer service, including excellent telephone etiquette and clear communication.
  • Unwavering attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Team player with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a quick learner of new systems.
  • Experience in property management, housing, or legal background is advantageous.
