Job Description

E-Commerce ExecutiveSalary: 26,000Location: BorehamwoodHours: Mon-Fri 9-5Duration: Do you want to work for an incredibly successful, worldwide business with almost 35 years trading experienceOur Client, a highly reputable distributor within the health and beauty sector require a passionate and resourceful customer service professional to deliver the best possible service.A well established business, who have grown the product portfolio again this year whilst maintain a down to earth culture with a family feel.Some one who is efficient, accurate with great attention to detail. An individual with great customer service skills, personable with a can-do attitude.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of promotional events and post-promotion analysis
  • Maintain the promotional calendar for eCommerce sites and online retailer
  • Assist in creating and publishing new products onto the websites
  • Own the communication of new product launches, awards and product updates to the eCommerce partners
  • Complete and submit new line forms for the eCommerce partners
  • Optimise and manage product content and imagery for SEO and to drive customer conversion
  • Complete range reviews with eCommerce partners to ensure they have a credible selection meeting their customers needs
  • Identify opportunities to optimise the site experience to support ease of use, loyalty, retention, increase in basket spend and conversion
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and present recommendations
  • Complete regular walk-the-stores (online and eCommerce partners) to identify opportunities for improvements or issues impacting the customer experience
  • Support in performing keyword research for SEO
Attributes:
  • Prior eCommerce experience is required, preferably in beauty
  • Graduate calibre (Marketing/Business/Sales preferred)
  • Ability to maintain existing and new eCommerce account relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Commercial acumen
  • Flexible, creative, analytical and a problem solver
  • Excellent planning, project management, time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience of Woocommerce and GoogleAnalytics beneficial
  • Experience of Amazon Vendor Central desirable
  • Must be proactive, curious and a self-starter.
