Job Description

  • Open to someone either Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, fully office based
  • Or Monday to Friday, but reduced hours (possibly 10-4) fully office based
  • Or 4 days per week (fully office based)

A fast growing client of ours in Borehamwood, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive, to join their friendly head office team.This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes customer services and genuinely enjoys dealing with people and their queries! If you are a natural born communicator, who enjoys getting to the bottom of customer problems - then this is a great rolefor you.Duties will involve:
  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone
  • Logging information on the system
  • Responding to customers online via email / online chat
  • Talking the customers through technical queries
  • Dealing with in depth customer queries and liaising with other departments to find a resolution
