Job Description

This position is actively being recruited for with an immediate start date availableJob Title - Assistant Category PlannerLocation- BorehamwoodHours - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pmSalary- £25,000 to £28,000Must haves: A minimum of 6 months’ supply chain experience, excellent data analytical skills, ability to make decisions under pressureThis is a role where you will be responsible for assisting the supply chain planning activities associated with product supply to marketDuties -

  • Support the development of accurate capacity statements covering the full planning for the next 36 months
  • Assist in the construction of the Monthly, weekly & daily manufacturing plans / scripts for each department
  • Highlight to the category planners any imbalances in supply & demand (budget and forecast) and help to develop planning solutions / scenarios to be agreed through the S&OP process
  • Support the daily and weekly planning meetings to ensure production execution is tracking to agreed plan.
  • Ensure plans are accurately reflected in the ERP system to support system schedules and planning
  • Assist in the preparation of the inputs to the S&OP Meetings
  • Member of the Group ERP continuous improvement team and responsible for data accuracy related to allocated products.
