Job Description

Job Title: Accounts PayableJob Location: HA8Salary: £30,000 - £35,000A position has opened up within the Finance team for this well-established property management firm. I am looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team and assist them as they look to continue growing.Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and meticulously review/approve all supplier invoices.
  • Execute timely payments to suppliers, handling ad-hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly transactions using both Propman and Bank systems.
  • Set up new supplier lists.
  • Manage the mail inbox.
  • Effectively post daily income receipts to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Investigate and resolve any queries or issues pertaining to receipts in a timely manner.
Skills:
  • AAT Qualified or actively working towards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable roles.
  • Use of Propman system would be desirable.
