Job Description

Robert Half is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our client in Borehamwood, on a temporary basis for approximately 3-4 monthsThe position of Accounts Assistant will require a versatile individual to cover the following;

  • Inputting and scanning Purchase Invoices
  • Invoice Queries
  • Preparation for invoices to be authorised by Contract Managers
  • Posting invoices to sage
  • Reconciling suppliers accounts
  • Entering payments from bank statements
  • Preparing report for supplier payment estimate
  • Raising monthly bacs payments
  • Send out remittances and statements monthly
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Issuing Sub-Contractors Contracts
  • Inputting new induction forms to the database and saving supporting docs
  • Completing right to works checks for new starts
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required
  • Positive attitude
  • 5 days per week on-site - NO HYBRID
