A great opportunity has opened up with us at The Grange Centre in Bookham to lead a small team as a Resources Team Leader.Company The Grange Centre for People with Disabilities provides vital services supporting people with learning disabilities to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Today we are a unique organisation in Surrey as we are able to offer accommodation, care support and a wide range of skills training and activities all on one beautiful 8-acre site in Bookham.The Role The Resources Team Leader will lead the HR Officer, Receptionists, Volunteer Coordinator and any other administration staff and volunteers. You will also provide efficient and effective HR and administration support which underpins good governance and high quality services across the organisation. In consultation with the Chief Executive Officer you will support the board of trustees whether that is managing the diary of meetings or taking minutes. You will also carry out all other admin tasks providing corporate support wherever needed.The personYou will need to be digital savvy and have an eye for detail. You will be proactive in providing Administrative support and solving problems. You will be experienced in taking minutes and organising meetings. You will be a team player with excellent prioritising skills.
