Job Description

Please note during the current period interviews will be taking place remotely via MS TEAMS.This is a temporary position for 4 to 6 months in the outset. Although this position would usually be based at Eastwick School, due to the current situation this role is currently remotely based, however, some time in the office will be required (within The Howard Partnership Trust’s COVID Risk Assessment).Working Pattern: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 4.00pm, with a 20 minute unpaid lunch break We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnership HR Recruitment Assistant to join the busy Recruitment Team based at Eastwick School. This is an exciting time as the team expands to support more schools that are joining The Howard Partnership Trust. Working in a team of Partnership HR Recruitment Assistants, reporting to the THPT Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will assist in providing an excellent and efficient recruitment and administrative support service to our schools.This role is primarily working with the day-to-day recruitment needs of a group of specified schools within the Trust. The successful candidate will have excellent IT and administrative skills, together with the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines, in line with clear policies and procedures. Attention to detail and accuracy are also a must for this position. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, are also essential, together with the ability to be proactive and to use your own initiative.Previous experience working with an MIS/ATS system is desirable.THPT can offer:
