Reinstatement ManagerBased in Stirlingshire£40,000 per annum + benefitsREED Property and Construction are pleased to be working with a respected utilities contractor who are looking to add a Reinstatement Manager to their growing team. This is a busy role where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a number of teams involved in Reinstatement projects based around Central Scotland and Fife.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable firm that offers good chances to progress.Duties involved in the role include:

Management and supervision of 3 HIABS, 2 Tar Teams, 2 Runners, 2 Mason (White top teams)

Specifications and KPI Reporting

Completing audits of teams

Completing reinstatement sheets

Ensuring there are no defects and a 3 day turnaround process

What were looking for:

Experience leading tar and concrete teams

Streetworks ticket

Strong IT Skills

Ability to manage and write reports and handle paperwork

Excellent leadership skills

Ability to work collaboratively with end client

Desirable:

Scottish Power experience
