Therefore, please make sure you complete and submit your application at an early stage** Vacancy Details: North East Edinburgh Locality Team/Long Term Conditions Programme, Edinburgh Health & Social Care Partnership37.5 hours per week Band 5Leith CTC/Astley Ainslie Hospital (Homeworking during pandemic)Fixed Term contract – 2 years from start dateDuties & responsibilities:We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to deliver effective and efficient project management primarily aligned to Unscheduled Care / Winter initiatives across the Partnership ( hosted within and lead by the North East Locality) and digital developments aligned to support people with Long Term Conditions post Covid and as we re-mobilise , recover and re-design our services. This is a busy yet fun role that offers much variety including supporting a national digital programme and planning / evaluating services for winter. There is ample opportunity to work with a wide range of key stakeholders. The role involves building relationships, engaging stakeholders, organising meetings, taking minutes/following up actions, preparing project documents, reports and presentations, monitoring budgets, and presenting data in a meaningful way to drive/demonstrate improvements.Key requirements:Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills with the ability to apply diplomatic and tactful approach to dealing with project issues – able to confidently engage with people at all levels of an organisation. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good time management and decision making skills – able to meet conflicting demands of several projects. Able to work both as part of a team and on own initiative.
