Data entry - by putting customer details onto our bespoke software.
How to book customer appointments using our in-house system
Clinical administration - such as testing equipment that scans the back of eye for customers
To build relationships with the Opticians by helping them with the handover of customers details.
What great customer service looks like and how to deliver it

Salary : £17,300 - £21,300
