As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for a wide range of IT, Unified Communications,and Collaboration solutions, both on-premises and in the Cloud. Your responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting, customer service, and collaboration with their engineering team. Comprehensive training will be provided on products, solutions, and technologies,enabling you to grow and develop specialized knowledge to meet the high standards the business is known for.Location: Bolton areaTechnical Support: Provide technical assistance to engineers and customers, analysing and troubleshooting problems remotely or on-site.Service Level Achievement: Meet customer requirements and SLA targets, monitoring and reporting progress against commitments.Escalation Case Management: Ensure rapid resolution of critical incidents with high business impact, keeping stakeholders informed.Customer Interaction: Demonstrate excellent customer care and communication skills, ensuring customer and partner satisfaction.Installation & Configuration: Perform installation and configuration activities for solutions through remote or on-site support.Technical Capability: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT landscape with in-depth expertise in assigned solutions, products, and technologies.Additional Requirements:
