As an HR Analyst you will bring your experience of HR and people analytics to deep dive into HR data.You will provide a high level of insight to senior management and the HR team to deliver key transformational projects to boost the quality of our Recruitment, Training, Health & Safety, Employee Engagement and HR Processes across the business.The HR team researches, designs and implements cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle. Its how we achieve consistency, optimise employee retention and continue to be seen as an employer of choice.You’ll need to keep calm under pressure, have a passion for analysing data, be full of initiative and have excellent communication and organisational skills.We do things our own way at Aldi.
