Job Description

With a starting salary of £23,500 that will rise to £25,500 upon completion of probation with uncapped commission structure OTE of £40,000, Im recruiting for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor for the UKs favourite finance broker. Responsibilities of a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
  • Focused on conducting high quality regulated outbound sales calls ensuring the customer goes on to obtain the product they require
  • Measured against several KPIs to ensure sales targets are met
  • Conducting a thorough fact find ensuring the products and services meet the wants and needs of the customer
  • Contacting existing customers advising on the most appropriate and suitable protection product
Id LOVE to hear from you for the Second Charge Mortgage Advisor position if you:
  • Have experience working in positions such as: Outbound Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Mortgage Advisor, Loan Executive, Life Insurance sales, Health Insurance Sales
  • Educated to GCSE level.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales with the ability to close sales with a range of products
  • Experience of successfully working towards and exceeding sales targets
  • Being able to put respond quickly to training and putting those actions into practise.
