Job Description

Are you an experienced Third Party Claims Handler Would you like to work for a company that offers genuine career prospects This highly successful company in Bolton is looking to recruit someone looking to develop their career. The role offers a salaryof up to GBP27,000 depending on experience and superb career prospects along with great benefits including holidays that rise to 28 days plus bank holidays over time along with your birthday as an extra day off and a half day for Christmas shopping, supportfor professional qualifications, free parking, staff rewards and social events What will you be doing as a Third Party Claims Handler:Working as part of an established team you will be dealing with all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle Claims. Duties will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
  • Acting as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
  • Identifying and referring fraudulent activity
  • Liaising with solicitors, insurers and accident management companies
  • Liaising with different departments to establish liability
  • Handling complex files such as liability and high value cases
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar Claims Handler role with handling 3rd party claims
  • Either hold a CII Certificate or willing to work towards this
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong customer care skills with active listening skills
  • General Excel skills
