Job Description

Do you have a passion for business support Are you looking for your next role to support a growing family ran business Then this is the role for you!Joining a growing office team, you will be supporting the office manager, Business development managers/Sales Director and the Managing Director in ensuring the smooth running of the business.Duties include

  • Inputting and processing orders through Sage (Experience with Sage not mandatory but preferred)
  • Invoice processing
  • Booking trucks through various third-party portals
  • Sales support for the Business Development Managers
  • General admin duties e.g customer support, answering calls/emails, post etc.
  • The ideal candidate will have
  • Experience with Sage or similar
  • Own car is required
  • Experience within an office support role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • The company are also willing to look at this role on a flexible part time basis subject to flexibility of the candidate.This position is to start immediately and will require you to be office based - COVID 19 safety precautions are in place.Job title - Office Administrator / Sales SupportLocation - Bolton - WesthoughtonSalary - £15,000 - £18,000 dependant on expereince Required skills
