Sales Specialist - Construction / Site Equipment£35k plus bonus, OTE £42k, company vehicle, company pension, 25 days holiday.Laser Sales Specialist - North

  • My client is looking for someone with a successful field-based sales background within construction / site equipment sales or similar.
  • As Sales Specialist - Construction / Site Equipment, you will have responsibility for selling the companys range of Construction / Site Equipment.
  • Developing and maintaining existing relationships with end user contractors, your remit will be maintaining existing business and creating new business opportunities across the territory, building on the strength of the brand.
  • Demonstrating the range of products and accessories to an existing and new customer base and converting key contractors to the company brand.
  • Identifying and developing market sector opportunities for new product applications.
  • To be successful as my client’s new Sales Specialist - Construction / Site Equipment, you will possess well-honed account management and new business development skills and a strong determination to succeed, together with a background in field based sales.
  • You will be a hard working, ambitious, confident, enthusiastic, resilient and goal-oriented sales professional with an ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • You will have excellent relationship building skills and the ability to spot and optimise opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills will come easily to you, together with strong negotiation, commercial and analytical skills.
