Job Description

During this time, we have established an excellent reputation for delivering some great outcomes for the Adults in our Care.The position will be across all four Units:Higher Cockham Farm, Haslingden - 6 bedded Unit (due to expand 2021/22)Morden Grange, Bolton - 8 bedded UnitHartington House, Bolton - 6 bedded UnitSomerset House, Bolton - 6 bedded UnitWe are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take the Clinical Lead role for our service.Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of care to people with mental illness
  • Help the professional development of Staff by presenting meaningful training programmes to assist them with their roles.
  • Compile assessments and a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring progress
  • Working alongside other professionals to ensure the health and welfare of the resident is paramount.
  • Follow all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
  • Essential
  • A relevant nursing qualification and registration (RMN or RNLD)
  • Previous experience of working in a mental health setting.
  • Excellent team working skills, a high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
  • A commitment to person-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice
  • The drive to continually push your own personal learning and development
  • This position will be predominantly Mon-Fri, 0900-1700 with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Required skills
