Our central Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team will be responsible for the sourcing and screening of candidates for all our sites, depots and corporate functions. This is an exciting time to join and help shape a new team.The focus of these roles will be either, Team Leader and technical, or Drivers and Team Member vacancies as well as being multi skilled across other vacancy areas to support the broader team. We are looking for you to provide a remote professional talent acquisition service to our hiring managers which will involve leading role briefings, determining effective channels to market, advertising, all screening activity, including full telephone screening, choosing relevant psychometrics where required, and presentation of a shortlist to managers. We also ensure pipelines of potential candidates are built looking to you to develop the right external networks with passive candidates. And a big part you can bring is being an ambassador of our employer brand ensuring a great candidate experience through to hire. We are a fully direct sourcing model.Essential Ingredients:

Experience in a similar direct source model attracting both active and passive candidates.

Experience as an in house resource or talent acquisition specialist with volume requirements.

Knowledge and experience in Team Manager/Leader, Technical Specialists, Drivers and Team Members. A must have for these roles is experience within an Operations, Production or Distribution environment, and ideally some within Corporate Functions (Finance, HR, Sales etc).

Understanding and interest in building social channels and content to support attraction

Ability to demonstrate best practice resourcing and application of sourcing and screening techniques, at volume.

Strong experience with recruitment systems, ideally SAP Success Factors

It goes without saying you will be great at managing stakeholders and building remote relationships, have excellent communication and organisation skills, work with energy, integrity and resilience and have a drive to produce the right quality outcomes in a strong team environment.It would also be great if;

You are trained to use psychometrics

Are used to working to SLA’s and KPI’s

Can produce and interrogate data, MI and reporting
