We are working with Bolton Council to find two Resource Planners on a temporary basis.Length of role:Initial 3 monthsPAYE rate:£12.66 per hour.Hours: 28 hours. 3 week rota.Location:Office based on Castleton StreetThe role:An opportunity has arisen for a Resource Planner to join the busy Home Support Reablement Team.We are now looking for a new team member to play a vital role in screening and allocating packages of support on behalf of the Home Based Reablement Service.Key Duties:- Entering data packages of care onto a computerised scheduling system and the supporting and maintenance of these IT systems.- Maintaining records of packages of support allocated pending and rejected- Ensuring urgent and emergency requests for Reablement are fulfilled.- Inputting packages of support on to the rostering and scheduling computer system.Experiences required:- Administrative experience.- Excellent attention to detail.- Able to work under pressure.- Good IT skills.If you are interested, or have any questions, please let me know.
